The character that is most mentioned in the book is Huckleberry Finn. He is the one the book is all about. If you like the book then your favorite character is Huck Finn too. Huck’s adventures of escaping by traveling with Jim are very good. There is a lot of things that happen that make the story even more interesting.

Author- Mark Twain

Huckleberry Finn is classic because it was published over 100 years ago. It teaches part of history of the american culture. It has also been tried to be banned because of the wording they use to describe African-American people. Most teachers now use it to teach other students about history.  Most of them also do not agree with using this book because they think the students might think of it as racism as well as they do. It has remained as a classic but edited many times the kind of wording. I personally think it’s a good book. Mark Twain used this kind of wording because that is how it used to be in that particular time. He tries to make it seem as if you were there in past by using imagery, facts, and ect. There are a lot of things that go on that are very interesting.

Brainpop has showed the capabilities of robots. Moby is a super advanced robot who thinks like a human. They show mobyh (a robot) as a capable robot who has its own desicions. In the future they may create this character in to a real robot. It will be able to think on its own.

I learned about the importance of assembly line in workstation. Everybody learned about the importance of balanced work. It was very important to the time we had to build the lego airplanes. It is important to have less w.i.p (working in process). All those that not are finished will be trown away or destroyed to be used as new parts.

Engineering career in Digital Music September 19, 2007

  • When you listen to music, do you know with complete certainty that the music was created the old fashioned way with musical instruments or digitally created in a lab?
  • How can you tell the difference?
  • Why would you like to or not like to have an engineering career in digital music creation?
  • Do you think the rock stars of the future will have engineering degrees? Why or why not?
  • When I listen to music I listen carefully to see if the beats were made the old-fashioned or if they were made digitally. Almost all of techno songs are made digitally. Most band songs are made manually with instruments. Some even add digital beats to the music to make it sound better. When the sound is digitally made it sounds that “unreal” or strange sound. It repeats some things and makes others sound better. When it has been made with instruments it sounds “real” or saying  that it sounds as if you have heard it before. I would not have an engineering career in digital music because I am not interested in making music. In the future probably rock stars will have degrees because they may start using digital sounds in their music  and will need to have to have degrees to do this.

My opinion over this book is that it shows something. It shows how Ender was used to destroy a whole civilization of buggers. He after decided to rebuild it. I think this was one of the best story I have read. I recommend this book to people.

Coral Reefs  are important to humans because they protect shores from the impact of waves and storms. They also provide a lot of benefits to humans in the form of food and medicine and provide economic benefits to local communities from tourism. If were to be an engineer and would want t save coral reefs I would have to get  an Ocean Engineering Degree. Ocean Engineers take and analyza what happens in the ocean. A good colledge for marine engineering programs would be the Texas A&M. They have programs for marine engineering having to deal with the oceans were the coral reefs are at.

The career that interests me is computer/software engineer. In that cluster I would like to be a computer programmer. I would also like to be computer repairer and computer designer but I like computer programmer better. The starting annual earnings were between $59,130 and $92,130.

Engineers use search engines to find materials they they need to make something work. Search engines use a protocol that searches every site in the world wide web.One good one for engineers is www.globalspec.com. I prefer most google because is a most trusted site than all the others as well as yahoo and msn. It is most common search engine in the US.

Learning from mistakes is very important because it shows you how to  make it better and more efficient.  If I were to fail something I would see what I did wrong and how to correct it.
